New Delhi: A major case of negligence on the part of a reputed hospital in the country's capital Delhi has come to light. This (Thursday) morning, a pregnant woman admitted to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital went missing from here. The family members have been searching for the woman for the past several hours, but after finding no trace of the pregnant woman, the family has sought help from the police.
The sudden disappearance of a pregnant woman admitted to The Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital in East Delhi created panic. According to the woman's husband Vinod, his wife Rajni was 5 months pregnant, whose health suddenly deteriorated on Wednesday morning. He was then admitted to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital. Around 5 pm, Vinod and his niece went out to have dinner and returned, and saw that the patient was missing. After searching the hospital for a long time, when the doctors and the hospital staff were asked, there was no response. For 8 hours when the admitted woman was not found in the hospital, the police were informed.
