Noida: Samadwadi Party (SP)'s Dadari assembly constituency chief, Ramtek Kataria shot by unknown assailants and absconded.The latest case is being reported to Jarka Road in Dadri police station area of Greater Noida.

According to the report, Kataria was admitted to a private hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him dead. At the same time, as soon as the incident was reported, the police's officers arrived at the spot and started investigations.

After the murder, FIR has been registered against 5 people by the family of Kataria.  According to the police, the primary investigation revealed that there was a family dispute between SP leader Kataria and his brother, due to which the matter came to this point. On the other hand, if the neighbor of the deceased is believed to have been shot dead from the SP, Dadri assembly chief Ramtek Kataria has been shot dead by unidentified assailants from the bike and car. the accused shot five bullets to kill Kataria.
