Lucknow: A case of the gang rape of a woman who took a Kanvar for the darshan of Lord Shiva from Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh has come to notice. The Uttar Pradesh police have registered an FIR against 2 accused in the case. The police have set up 2 teams to nab the accused. It is alleged that the woman had gone with her husband, but her neighbor Akram and his friend lured her to Agra and gang-raped her. 

Regarding the incident in the Thana Harduaganj area, UP police have reported that the case has been registered. Police say there was already mutual friendship between the victim and the accused. SSP Muniraj of Aligarh said that the woman had complained that the couple was going along the road, and the husband went ahead and the woman left behind. The accused came from behind the bike and lured him to leave the woman ahead.

According to police, the woman then sat with him on the bike. Then she took the woman somewhere else. The woman then came to the police station and lodged a complaint of gangrape. The woman has been sent for conducting medical tests. SSP has said that the accused will soon be arrested and punished with severe punishment.
