New Delhi: The sensational case of gang rape of a 16-year-old minor girl in a moving car in the national capital, Delhi, has come to light. The accused made the girl drink alcohol and molested her in the car. Criminals kept on humming the body of the minor while moving the car on the road from Delhi to Ghaziabad. The accused also committed unnatural sex with the victim and made a video of the heinous incident. After the victim's complaint, Vasant Vihar police arrested the three accused.

The victim is a resident of the Vasant Vihar area. She is studying in class 10 in a Delhi school. The victim said that on July 6, she had gone to her friend's house in Motibagh. While returning in the night, two boys were found near Vasant Village Market, who took her with them on the pretext of roaming around. After this, the two of them called a third friend of theirs, who brought the WagonR car. According to the victim, the accused mixed alcohol with cold drinks and made her drink alcohol and gang-raped her.  

The student alleged that they kept on moving the car on the streets of Delhi and the trio took turns raping her. The accused took the car from Delhi to Ghaziabad and continued to gang-rape her. She was assaulted when she resisted. From Ghaziabad, they again reached Delhi and got the victim out of the car and fled. When the girl reached the police station and narrated the incident, the police immediately registered a case and started searching for the accused. Vasant Vihar police have registered a case under sections 323/354/342/376D/377/506/363 of the IPC and 6/8 POSCO act. All three accused have now been arrested by the police.
