New Delhi: A 13-year-old boy committed suicide after making a video in Delhi's Najafgarh area. The body of the minor was recovered from his room. At the time of this incident, the family members of the deceased had gone out of the house. The family members informed the police about the incident on reaching home. Najafgarh police station reached the spot and took possession of the body and sent it for post-mortem and started an investigation.

The police have also sent the minor's phone for the investigation to get any clue about the reason for the suicide. Deputy Commissioner of Police M Harshavardhan said the minor lived with his family in the Nangli Sakarvati area. The family had adopted a minor child. Along with studying, the child also used to make reels on YouTube. On the evening of November 6, the child's family had gone to the market. When they came back home from the market, they saw the child hanging in a room. The family immediately informed the police about the incident. The police, who reached the spot, broke open the door of the room and removed the minor from the noose and sent his body to the hospital for postmortem. The police started investigating the case by taking the statement of the family members.

Police sources have informed that the body of the minor was hanging. She was wearing her mother's clothes and also done make-up. The minor's phone was also found in his room. Police suspect that the minor may be making the video wearing his mother's clothes. While making the video, there was an accident and he lost his life.
