Indore: The Shivraj government in Madhya Pradesh has taken a major decision ever since the second wave of corona slowed down. According to it, schools and colleges here are going to reopen offline classes. CM Shivraj Singh has announced this. He has said that schools for classes XI and XII in the state will be opened with a capacity of 50 percent from July 26, while colleges will start from August 1 with a capacity of 50 percent.
According to media reports, CM Shivraj has also announced that if the third wave does not come by August 15, it will be decided to reopen schools for smaller classes other than the 11th and 12th. However, the announcement has been made so far only for senior secondary classes 11 and 12. Just a while ago, CM Shivraj Singh had said that educational institutions will open keeping in view the number of vaccinations.
He had said that faculties, students, and other support staff of the institutes should get at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine before entering the campus. On the other hand, a high-level committee had already approved the reopening. However, the final decision has been taken by CM Shivraj Singh.
