He stated that the BJP would feel a sense of relief only after ending the "misrule" of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and Congress.
Chouhan announced that the BJP will contest the elections in alliance with the All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU), Janata Dal (United) (JDU), and Lok Janshakti Party (LJP).
