National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has announced NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2024 for the posts of Assistant Manager in Grade 'A'. Eligibility Criteria

The candidates applying for this post must fulfil the following educational qualification:

• Education: Must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute with minimum 60% marks. However, minimum 55% marks are mandatory for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
• Higher Qualification: Candidates with a master's degree or doctorate can also apply.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 years

Age relaxation for reserved categories will be given as per NABARD rules.

Application Fee

• SC/ST/PwBD candidates: ₹150 (intimation charges)
• Other candidates: ₹850 (₹700 application fee ₹150 intimation charges)

NABARD staff will be eligible for reimbursement after depositing the application fee.

Selection Process

There will be following stages for selection in this recruitment:

1. Preliminary exam: It will have 200 questions on subjects like reasoning, English language, computer knowledge, quantitative aptitude, decision making, general awareness, rural development and agriculture. Time given for this will be 120 minutes.

2. Main Exam:

   • Paper I: Descriptive Test in General English.
   • Paper II: It will consist of both objective and descriptive type questions on economic and social issues, agriculture and rural development.

3. Psychometric Test: This test will assess the personality traits and role suitability of the candidates.

4. Interview: Personal interview will be conducted for the candidates who qualify the written examination and psychometric test.
