Apple has recently launched its iPhone 16 series, which includes the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. The new devices are available for pre-order starting from September 13, with official sales beginning on September 20. As part of the launch, Apple has reduced the prices of older models like the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 14, and iPhone 14 Plus by Rs 10,000.
However, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max have been discontinued on Apple's official website. Despite this, these models can still be purchased through third-party retailers and authorized Apple sellers.
Apple is also offering a "Price Protection Policy" for customers who recently purchased an iPhone 15 or iPhone 14 series device. This policy provides a refund or credit to customers who bought these models within 14 days of the price reduction. To claim the refund, buyers must visit an Apple Store or contact Apple customer support at 000800 040 1966, ensuring they have the original receipt.
It is important to note that this refund only applies to customers who made their purchases within the 14-day window and does not include special sales or temporary price reductions. The policy also covers up to 10 units per customer and may require proof of possession, offering protection to recent buyers from the price cut.
