Visakhapatnam: We have often heard that the result of a bad deed can never be good, and this has been proved to be true in Andhra Pradesh. Actually, here a thief had arrived at a temple to steal but got himself trapped in a hole dug to steal the ornaments from the temple.
Let us know that a thief made a hole in the wall of the temple with the intention of stealing. However, he could not cross that hole and get stuck in his own hole. Trapped in the hole, the thief started shouting for help. Then the people around caught him red-handed. The case pertains to the Jami Yellamma temple in the coastal district of Srikakulam, from where the thief, who was trying to flee with the ornaments, got stuck in his own hole. The thief, identified as 30-year-old Papa Rao, had broken the small window of the temple and also stole jewellery from the idols.
But as he got out, he got stuck in the hole. When he could not get out even after several hours, he started crying and calling people for help which alerted the villagers and rushed to the spot. He was removed from there and handed over to the police.
