There are orders to work hard to complete the course in the teaching institute affiliated to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. Where students will have to appear in the class test on completion of one third and two-thirds of the course, while the principal or director will be able to take additional classes on the day to complete the course. End semester exam will be conducted from February 1 to 20, which will include students from the fifth, seventh and ninth semesters. Examination of first and third-semester students will be conducted from 21 to 26 February. Admission of newly admitted students will be till 24 November. The proposed academic calendar has been released by AKTU. The result of the end semester practical exam will be from 21 to 26 February. The end semester practical examination of first semester and third-semester students will be one month later. Numbers will be shown to the students on 27 February and 27 March respectively.

According to media reports, it is mandatory for students to take both class tests. If the student does not come to the institute due to illness or other serious condition, then he will have to undergo a separate examination. The attendance monitoring system will be used for this.

Program by calendar:
December 5 - Last day of admission
December 15 is the last date for sending the list of new students to the university.
December 31 - Last date for filling enrollment form.
January 31 - Sessional numbers of the theory will be shown.
1 February- End Semester will begin.
February 21 - Practical exam.
February 10 - Examination numbers will be shown.
August 1 - There will be summer training.
