According to a report, Divya has revealed that she took this decision on the advice of an astrologer. Famous astrologer Sanjay B Jumani told Divya that if she removes the surname 'Kumar' from her name, it will help her progress in her professional career. Divya not only removed 'Kumar', but also added an extra 's' to her surname 'Khosla'.

When Divya removed 'Kumar' from her name in February 2024, rumours spread that there were problems in her marriage with Bhushan Kumar. But Bhushan Kumar clarified this by saying, "These are just astrological reasons that she (Divya) believes in. I don't believe in it but she believes in it."

First meeting and marriage

Divya and Bhushan first met during the shooting of the film 'Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo'. Bhushan fell in love with Divya after seeing her. Divya was aware of Bhushan's Casanova image, so she backed off. But Bhushan left no stone unturned to win her heart.
