"Brain rot" may be a new term, but its effects can be easily seen in people around us. It is a condition in which people suffer from mental exhaustion and lack of focus due to spending too much time on digital content and social media. It can also be called digital or mental fatigue.

In simple words, when people laugh at light-hearted content on social media like “Chin tapak dum dum” or “Main hoon Kallu Kaliya” and repeat the same things repeatedly, this habit slowly limits their thinking.
