Bhopal: In madhya Pradesh, the sky has been cloudy since Sunday morning in other areas including capital Bhopal, with the impact of the heat wave subsided. The Met department has issued a warning of heavy rain in several parts of the state in the coming 24 hours. The weather in the province has been pleasant since Sunday morning, with cloudy skies and showers continuing.
During the last 24 hours, 35.7 mm of rain has been recorded in the fold, 37.8 mm in Hoshangabad, 56 mm in Shajapur, 53 mm in Damoh. According to the Meteorological Department, the Bay of Bengal is witnessing a low pressure zone, with the upper reaches of Uttar Pradesh bordering Madhya Pradesh witnessing a severe upsurge of heavy rains.
In Uttar Pradesh, the temperature has dropped due to bad weather and rain. On Sunday, capital Bhopal recorded a minimum temperature of 24.2 degrees Celsius, Indore 23, Gwalior 25.9 and Jabalpur with a minimum temperature of 24.4 degrees Celsius. On Saturday, Bhopal recorded a maximum temperature of 28.4 degrees, Indore 28, Gwalior 32.7 and Jabalpur 28.4 degrees Celsius.
