Lucknow: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has now opened a front against the mushrooming of illegal Mazaars in Noida, adjoining the national capital, and has warned the administration that a big agitation will be launched if the illegal Mazaars that are fast becoming in the city are not removed. Vhp's Meerut province minister Dr Raj Kamal Gupta has told the Noida administration that illegal Mazaars are being built in Noida at a very fast pace. If these illegal structures are not removed immediately, we will be compelled to launch a statewide agitation.
Dr Gupta pointed out that such elements are protected by the police and said that while returning with a memorandum to the Noida Authority and the DM of Noida regarding these Mazaars, some people tried to attack VHP and Bajrang dal workers outside the sector-39 police station. Those who were in plain disguise, whom the police later described as their employees, still tried to implicate VHP workers in a false case, which is highly condemnable and tarnishing the image of the Noida police administration.
"We demand that the policeman who threatened to kill him in front of the police station by pointing a revolver on his chest should be arrested immediately and strict action should be taken against those who have filed false cases against the activists. All cases should also be withdrawn. He warned that if there is laxity in the matter, the VHP-Bajrang Dal workers will be forced to launch a statewide agitation with the entire Hindu community.''
