Jaipur: Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra entered the fourth day in Rajasthan, where Rahul Gandhi has completed his tour of two districts in 4 days. Amid the Congress' yatra, the BJP is taking out a Jan Akrosh Yatra in the state and the party leaders are constantly attacking Rahul Gandhi. Meanwhile, former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje has given a statement on Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra for the first time. Addressing the BJP's Jan Aakrosh rally in Jhalawar virtually on Wednesday, Vasundhara Raje said that the government is neglecting Jhalawar because I have been an MP from there and now Dushyant Singh is an MP.
Vasundhara Raje said that after 4 years, 2-4 days ago, the roads here have definitely been made shiny, but not for the common people, but for the special guests, who are passing through here, development is happening fast there. Targeting the Gehlot government, Vasundhara Raje said that domestic electricity used to come into the villages sometimes, sometimes not, today there is electricity for 24 hours because of a special guest. Raje said that it is four days of moonlight and then a dark night, guests have gone and development is missing. The former CM said that you should not worry, the darkness will end, the sun will rise and the lotus will bloom.
Vasundhara Raje further said that the Congress government has only cared for itself in the last 4 years and has forgotten the people. She said that the Gehlot government worked for itself and not for the people and instead of saving people, they were engaged in protecting themselves. Raje said that at present this public anger against the state government is not visible among the BJP and the people but among the Congress leaders, ministers, and MLAs themselves.
