Basil: a few leaves
Aloevera: 1 tsp (pulp or juice)
Rock salt: 1 pinch
Method of Preparation:
Preparation of ingredients: First of all, peel the gourd, apple and cucumber. Then either grind them all in a mixer or squeeze out the juice through a cotton cloth with some water.
Preparation of Giloy: Crush the stem of Giloy well and keep adding water little by little so that the juice can come out easily.
Juice mixture: Whatever 2-4 spoons of Giloy juice comes out, mix it with apple, cucumber and gourd juice.
Basil and Aloe Vera: Crush the basil well and add it to this mixture. Also, add aloe vera pulp or juice.
Taste consideration: Finally, add 1 pinch of rock salt for taste.
