Triumph's new sports bike, the Daytona 660 , has been launched in the Indian market. The bike was introduced on 29 August 2024, and is priced around Rs 10 lakh. The Triumph Daytona 660 was globally launched in January 2024, and now seven months later, the bike is available in India.

Features of Daytona 660

1. Powerful Engine

The Triumph Daytona 660 is powered by a 660cc inline, liquid-cooled, 3-cylinder engine. This engine features a 12-valve, dual overhead camshafts and 240-degree firing order setup. The engine produces 94 bhp of power at 11,250 rpm and 69 Nm of torque at 8,250 rpm. It is paired with a 6-speed transmission that further improves its performance.

2. Great Features

The Daytona 660 comes with a TFT display with My Triumph connectivity and three riding modes (Sport, Road, and Rain). Features like ABS and traction control have also been included keeping in mind the safety of the bike. This bike is available in three colors: Carnival Red, Sapphire Black, and with an accessory tank pack.

3. Competition from Kawasaki Ninja 650

Sports bikes like Kawasaki Ninja 650 and Aprilia RS 660 are already present in this segment. Triumph Daytona 660 has come to compete with them.
