He married Vinny Arora in 2016 and they have a two-year-old son. Currently, Dheeraj is seen in a lead role in the Zee TV show "Rab Se Hai Dua," where he replaced Karanveer Sharma, and stars opposite Yesha Rughani.

Natasha reportedly made this decision due to her concern for her son, Augustya, as she does not want him to be alone. There has been no official statement from either the makers or Natasha regarding this matter.
