The country's largest state-run bank State Bank of India (SBI) has issued a warning to its customers. This warning issued by the bank has been done to protect 45 crore customers from any kind of fraud. Even before this, the customers are being made aware from time to time by the bank. Now by issuing 2 mobile numbers from the bank, it has been asked not to receive the call.

State Bank of India has expressed the possibility of fraud with these two numbers and you may suffer loss. These days the incidents of fraud are increasing at a fast pace. Keeping this in mind, this warning has been given by the bank to protect the customers from any phishing scam. On behalf of the bank, it was said that in many cases, there have been reports of phishing scams through tweets, SMS and e-mails. On calling, these people cheat people by pretending to be employees of State Bank of India.

The 2 numbers from which SBI has been told about not receiving the phone are 8294710946 and 7362951973. It has been told by the bank that if the call comes from these 2 numbers, then do not make the mistake of receiving it. Earlier, CID Assam had raised objection on both the numbers mentioned by SBI. CID Assam had tweeted and said, SBI customers are getting calls from two numbers 8294710946 and 7362951973. The caller from these numbers asks the customer for KYC and to click on the link sent on the phone.
