Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has officially started filming for the highly anticipated movie Sikandar, directed by renowned filmmaker A.R. Murugadoss, known for his work on Ghajini. The film began production today in Mumbai, and reports suggest that the team will be shooting an impressive mid-air action sequence featuring Salman Khan.
Both Salman Khan and the production company, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, took to social media to share behind-the-scenes (BTS) images from the first day of shooting, marking the beginning of this exciting project. The team has confirmed that Sikandar will hit theaters during the Eid 2025 weekend, promising an action-packed entertainment experience.

Sikandar also marks the reunion of Salman Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala after their 2014 Eid blockbuster Kick. In the BTS picture shared, Salman, Sajid, and Murugadoss are seen sharing a laugh on set, indicating a positive start to the filming schedule.
Produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Sikandar is directed by A.R. Murugadoss and stars Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles. This action-packed entertainer is set to deliver a unique cinematic experience during the Eid 2025 weekend.
