The prices of petrol and diesel in the Indian market are stable even amidst the fluctuations in the prices of crude oil. Today, the price of Brent crude oil has crossed $83 per barrel in the international market. But there is no change in it at the national level. Last week, there was a softening in the prices of crude oil in the international market. The price of Brent crude oil was below $80 per barrel, while today (February 8) there is a jump in the price of Brent oil, today its price has reached $83.72 per barrel. 

Talking about the metros of the country, today (Wednesday), February 8, petrol is being sold at Rs 96.72 per liter and diesel at Rs 89.62 per liter in Delhi. Petrol in Mumbai costs Rs 106.31 per liter and diesel costs Rs 94.24 per liter. Petrol is being sold at Rs 106.03 and diesel at Rs 92.76 per liter in Kolkata.
