Maserati has launched its new sports car GranTurismo in the Indian market. This new model has been introduced in two variants—Modena and Trofeo. The top variant of this car has a speed of more than 350 km/h. GranTurismo has two doors and has a 2+2 seating arrangement inside it.
Both variants are powered by the same 3.0-litre V6 twin-turbo petrol engine but are tuned differently, resulting in a difference in power output.
GranTurismo has a total of four seats with two doors. The Modena variant of this car includes a V6 engine producing 490hp of power and 600Nm of torque. The company claims that this car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds. This car is a luxury GT and has been introduced as a new generation with a stylish coupe model.
The Trofeo variant has an engine that generates 550hp of power and 650Nm of torque. Its power output is slightly higher than the Modena variant, and its top speed is 320 km/h. Both variants have 20-inch wheels at the front and 21-inch wheels at the rear.
The Modena variant gets a 12.2-inch digital dial display as a standard feature. Along with this, it also includes new features like a central infotainment system, digital clock, optional head-up-display and touchscreen display. Many different fiber elements have been used to decorate the cabin of the car.
The Trofeo variant comes with an all-wheel-drive (AWD) system and its bumper is more aggressive than the Modena variant.
