Indore: Kumar Vishwas, who was a founding member of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), attended the foundation ceremony of Kautilya Academy in Indore recently. During this time, Kumar in his statement made a scathing comment on the current political situation in the country, along with this, he also gave advice to the youth. Kumar Vishwas said that today a 17-18-year-old boy abuses Gandhi, standing at the intersection, the police constable takes a 20 rupee note from the trucker at night. He (constables) don't have the need to question and answer and they talk about Gandhi,  talk about Nehru, they talk Savarkar and talk about the Chapekar brothers.

He further said that they were our elders, our ancestors. Everyone did their job in their own way. The generation which does not respect its past does not give way to the present, leave alone the future. Kumar Vishwas questioned the youth and said that Gandhi had done it, Nehru had done it, hey, what did you do for this country. You have got the time, the time that the barrister's son Gandhi of Kathiawar got, the same time. I wish you do something that in the coming era, after 50 years, Gandhi's chapter becomes smaller and yours becomes bigger.

In his address, he further said that often people question me, why do you flow against the stream? I'll remember one thing. The living umbrellas and arms flow opposite the stream, only the corpses flow along the stream. During this time, he shared his experience and said that often many students, journalists and friends question me as to how my memory is so strong. How do you remember all things? The only reason I think was that I didn't have a mobile phone at my time.
