Bengaluru: The results of the recently completed Karnataka's Pre-University Course (PUC) exams (Class 12) would be announced in the third week of June, state Education Minister BC Nagesh said on Friday.
"The PUC examinations were successfully completed, and the valuation procedure will continue next week, with results expected in the third week of June," he said in a tweet. The PUC results will be available at www.karresults.nic.in.
PUC exams were held in the state from April 22 to May 18, 2022, with over six lakh students participating from around the state. The tests were held offline this year, however they were cancelled in June 2021 because to an increase of Covid-19 instances.
On Thursday, the state government published the results of the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC/Class 10) exam on the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) official websites. The ministry claims that 85.63 percent of students passed the SSLC exam.
"Rural students have performed better than urban students, with 91.32 percent of rural students passing and 86.54 percent of urban students passing," Nagesh said.
