The victim is also burdened of proving charges against the accused. More than half of the accused are acquitted in this lengthy legal process. In countries like Saudi, the guilty are hanged at public intersections. Even if we do not make such examples 5-6, such offences will not stop because people here are easily removed from committing crimes. '
