Bhopal: Flood situation in Madhya Pradesh is on the rise and union minister Jyotiraditya Scindia reached the control command centre at midnight. He held an emergency meeting on the flood situation in the state and the ongoing relief operations in the affected areas. In the same meeting, he took stock of the flood situation and directed the farmers to provide relief at the earliest. He said, "By winning this gold medal, the country has taken its name to great heights.''

At the same time, he was briefed about the flight on air services in the state. Let me tell all of you that Jyotiraditya Scindia, during an emergency meeting at the Control Command Centre in the middle of the night, said, "I pay attention to the Prime Minister, the Home Minister and the Defence Minister, all three made available the central government's tools to the people on every call I made available to the people. The government provides Air Force helicopters, NDRF and Army.''

At the same time, he also said, "The administration has also done a commendable job. The administrative and personal damage to the people will be assisted with the help of the State and Central Governments.'' At the same time, he also hit out at PCC chief Kamal Nath's question of the government of lies and compensation to those affected by floods. "Those who have never thought of the people of the state except themselves in their 15-month government have reached today to make decrees. That too is not on the ground but only by air. The people are not served by air, they are served from the ground.''

Further, giving details of air services in the state, he said, "In Madhya Pradesh, a total of 25 to 27 new flight connections have been made to Gwalior, Bhopal and Jabalpur in the last one month and many flights have been given to other cities.
