Registration for JEE Main 2023 Session 2 has officially begun, according to the National Testing Agency (NTA). On the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, applicants can submit their applications to appear in this exam. 

The application process to take these tests has also begun. The date of the examination for Session 2 will be on April 6, 8, 10, 11, and 12, with reserve days on April 13 and 15.

Also, candidates who want to participate in Session 2 must submit their online applications by March 12 and pay their application fees by the same day.

For new candidates, the process for registration and application form filling in Session 2 will remain the same as followed in Session 1.

Meanwhile, a record 95.80% attendance was recorded in the January edition of the crucial exam with over 8.23 lakh candidates appearing for it.

The examination was held in various languages  such as Assamese, Bengali, English, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada,Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu).

The examination was also conducted outside India in 17 cities of Manama, Doha, Riyadh, Sharjah, Singapore, Dubai, Kathmandu, Muscat, Kuwait City, Kuala Lumpur, Lagos and Abuja, Colombo, Jakarta, Moscow, Port Louis, Bangkok, Washington D.C.

In April, the exam's second iteration will be given. The ranks of the applicants will be announced after the JEE (Main) - 2023 examinations in accordance with the previously established protocol, taking into account the better of the two NTA scores.

The top 2.6 lakh candidates will be qualified to take the JEE-Advanced exam, which is a one-stop exam for admission to the 23 prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology, based on the results of JEE-Mains Paper 1 and Paper 2.
