Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh government is busy in the preparations for IIFA Awards, but the deadly coronavirus, which has spread in large parts of the world, is also showing the impact on it. There is a discussion about the cancellation of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Award ceremony to be held for the first time in Bhopal on March 21 and in Indore on March 27-29. In fact, sources associated with IIFA say that keeping in mind the safety of the common people and after consulting the state government, a decision will be taken.
The preparations were in full swing for the IIFA Awards in Indore and Bhopal of Madhya Pradesh. Films to be nominated at the IIFA Awards have been announced. With this, its invitation was also revealed. Preparations were being made to recognize the art and culture of Madhya Pradesh at the international level. The Madhya Pradesh government was also fully prepared for this program.
However, in the meantime, the number of patients infected with corona in the country is constantly increasing. Coronavirus has been confirmed in another person in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. With this, the virus has been confirmed in a total of 30 people in the country so far, out of which three patients have recovered and gone home. At the same time, patients are admitted in different hospitals of the country. 10 patients are undergoing treatment at Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi, including one each from Delhi and Ghaziabad, six brought from Agra and a driver living with tourists from Italy. There is a possibility of cancellation of IIFA award ceremony due to Coronavirus.
