Hero MotoCorp has recently launched a new bike model for the Indian market, the Xtreme 160R 2V. This new model comes with many features of the Xtreme 160R 4V, but the price has been reduced a bit. The ex-showroom price of this new model in Delhi has been kept at Rs 1.11 lakh, which is about Rs 10 thousand less than the previous model.
Latest features of Hero Xtreme 160R 2V: Some changes have been made in the Xtreme 160R 2V compared to the previous model. This new bike now uses drum brakes at the rear and single-channel ABS has also been added. The bike has a single-piece seat, which is now more comfortable. The seat height has also been reduced compared to before, making it easier to ride. The new Xtreme 160R 2V includes new and advanced features of the 4V model. It includes a new design, updated tail-light and better technical features. The new variant of this bike is available only in black color.
Features of Hero Xtreme 160R 2V: Hero claims that the Xtreme 160R 2V can accelerate from 0 to 60 kmph in just 4.7 seconds. A new stealth black color variant of this bike has also been introduced. This bike comes only with a single brake variant. Its front brake uses a 276 mm petal disc, while the rear brake uses a 220 mm petal disc and a 130 mm drum.
Power of Xtreme 160R 2V: There are no changes to the powertrain of the Xtreme 160R 2V. This bike comes with the same air-cooled, 163.2cc, single-cylinder engine, which produces 15hp of power at 8,500rpm and 14Nm of torque at 6,500rpm.
