Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan reviewed the status of reopening of schools across India with the senior officials of the department of school education and literacy, the ministry of education said in a social media post.
The minister also made an assessment of the roadmap for the vaccination of all teaching and non-teaching staff in schools by September. Sharing a post on Twitter, the education ministry noted.“Shiksha Mantri Shri Dharmendra Pradhan reviewed the status of schools reopening across the country with senior officials of the department of School Education & Literacy. He also took stock of the roadmap for vaccinating all teaching & non-teaching staff in schools by the month of September.”
"Government Of India is prioritizing vaccination of teaching and non-teaching staff in schools across India to ensure a safe environment for reopening of schools," stated the Education Ministry.
