Bhopal: Women and Child Development Minister in Madhya Pradesh's Shivraj government and BJP candidate from Dabra assembly constituency Imarti Devi have been insulted. Now, the challenge for former chief minister and PCC President Kamal Nath has increased. In fact, after examining the video of the speech, the election Commission has termed it as a violation of the model Code of conduct and the election Commission has also issued a notice to Kamal Nath last Wednesday. In that notice, they have also been asked to respond within 48 hours. Further, it has also been stated that the Commission will take its strict decision if the reply is not given.
In fact, the BJP had lodged a complaint with the election commission over Kamal Nath's damaged speech and the Commission's secretary Madhusudan Gupta issued a notice to Kamal Nath. The notice says that the model code of conduct has come into force with the announcement of bye-election on 29th September. No one will promote hatred or stress-spreading things. "Let us also tell all of you that the Madhya Pradesh BJP, in a complaint made on October 18, said that Kamal Nath in Dabra had made an undignified remark for the emergent goddess at a public meeting. '
On the other hand, a complaint has also been received from the National Commission for Women against Kamal Nath. It is now reported that the National Commission for Women had written to the Chief Election Commissioner asking him to take necessary action against Kamal Nath. In a letter to its Chief Election Commissioner, the Commission had said, "The words used by Kamal Nath hurt the self-esteem of a woman. At a time when we are seeking increased participation of women in the politics of the country. Such derogatory remarks by a responsible person on a woman leader are very unfortunate. We ask Kamal Nath to respond to it. Now it will be seen as to what Kamal Nath is going to respond to the election commission.
