Delhi University colleges are today issuing the first cut-off for admission to undergraduate courses. Aryabhatta College and Deshbandhu College have already released the first cut-off 2021 list of Delhi University. Aryabhatta College has kept the cut off for admission to BA Economics at 98 per cent and psychology at 98.5 per cent. Kirodimal College, Lady Shriram College, Hindu College, Rajdhani College, Miranda House and other colleges of Delhi University will soon release their first cut-offs on the college portals.
The same will be available in full detail http://du.ac.in and http://entry.uod.ac.in. The second list will come on October 9 and the third on October 16. The admission process will also be online. The cut-off is likely to be higher this year than last year as many students have scored more than 95 per cent in the 12th board examination of CBSE.
At the same time, some colleges have said that in view of the limited number of seats, they can also keep their cut-off up to 100 per cent. We had decided on our cut-off, however, we needed a reconsideration in view of the large number of students scoring 95 per cent, said Vibha Chauhan, principal of Kirodimal College. There are students who have scored 100 per cent marks and in that case, we may have to keep our cut-off at 100 per cent.
Schools to reopen in Mumbai for classes 8 to12 from October 4
