Bhopal: You will be surprised to hear this matter. In which the journey of passengers in the chartered bus running from Bhopal to Chhindwara was full of problems on Monday. The driver of the bus forgot the road not once but thrice. So, he kept moving the bus for about 25 km on the wrong route. On this, the passengers created a ruckus, only the conductor and the driver were entangled. The bus reached Chhindwara two hours late from its scheduled time. Bus passenger Umang Khandelwal said that bus number MP 09 PA 0936 from Bhopal to Chhindwara had left at 11.30 on Monday morning. Instead of going on the Hoshangabad route near Budni, the bus left towards Salkanpur. After going about 25 km on the wrong route, the passengers objected. After this, the bus left again from Budni towards Hoshangabad.

This case did not end there, when the driver once again took the bus inside the city of Hoshangabad instead of taking it on the highway. When the passengers pointed the way, the bus was taken in the right direction. Not only this, instead of going from Multai towards Chhindwara, he took the bus to Nagpur Road. The passengers had to tell the driver the correct route. When the passengers created a ruckus about driving the bus on the wrong route, there was a dispute between the conductor and the driver. Recently, the driver was telling the conductor that he had not given the correct route information. When the passengers talked, the driver also committed indecency with them. At the same time, Public Relations Officer of Bhopal City Link Limited (BCLL) Sanjay Soni says that no such incident has been reported.

Complaints of troubled passengers could not be filed. The toll-free number was not written in the chartered bus for the complaint. While the complaint was not filed even on the number of Bhopal Chartered Office. When the bus reached Chhindwara at 7.30 pm, two hours late, the passengers reached the Chartered Bus Office to lodge a complaint, but the complaint could not be lodged here either.
