JAIPUR: Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot is engaged in pacifying the MLAs going to Sachin Pilot's camp amid discussions about becoming the National President of Congress. Meanwhile, he reached Jhunjhunu, the village of agitated Sainik Welfare Minister Rajendra Gudha by helicopter, where he participated in the program of a cricket tournament organized on the occasion of the birthday of the minister's son. During this, apart from 5 MLAs who joined Congress from Basedi MLA Girraj Malinga and BSP, independent MLAs were also present.
On reaching Jaipur, CM Gehlot also went to meet the angry Gujarat in-charge Raghu Sharma at his residence. CM Ashok Gehlot, who arrived in Jhunjhunu, has said that all six BSP MLAs, including ministers Rajendra Singh Gudha, Sandeep Yadav and Wajib Ali, independent MLAs, two BTP MLAs and only two CPM MLAs are the reason why today I am standing in front of you as CM. Otherwise, there would have been some other CM in my place. I have got the privilege of becoming CM for the third time.
Gehlot further said that I have always used my pen for the welfare of the poor and I want to tell you that till my last breath my pen will work keeping the poor in focus. On this occasion, he said that he is concerned about the cattle farmers and villagers suffering from the lumpy disease. For this, the government will try the same way as they did in Corona.
