A case has been registered against 41 people including BJP leaders for the charge of breaking section 144. Talking to the media, Dhar Superintendent of Police Aditya Pratap Singh has stated that on January 16, Section 144 was applicable in the district and the rally was not allowed to take place, but despite this, a rally was organized in large numbers of thousands of people. That is why in the charge of breaking the law, a case has been registered against 41 people under section 188.
According to the police, the people against whom the case has been registered include the names of the organizing committee, senior BJP leader and former union minister Vikram Verma, MP Chhatar Singh Darbar, BJP state unit vice-president Ranjana Baghel and former MP Savitri Thakur. At the same time, after the case was registered, former Union Minister Vikram Verma said that if the Chief Minister does not go on the road of Bhopal against the Kamal Nath law, then these rallies are not required.
