The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is scheduled to declare the results of the Intermediate Annual Examination 2023 this week. The wait for the roughly 13.18 million applicants who took the Bihar Board class 12 exams could soon be over.
The job of evaluating the answer sheets for the Bihar Board 12th Exam 2023 was finished on March 14, according to BSEB authorities. BSEB Board informed that this time the test results of the students of Bihar will be declared before all the school boards across the country.
This year, 96 lakh copies of the intermediate exam and 70 lakh copies of the matriculation exam were reviewed by various centres. For a quick evaluation of copies, evaluators worked in pairs. The use of computers in all testing facilities reduced the amount of time needed to post results and the chance of human error that can arise with manual processes. Prior to the results being announced, the result cards will need to be finalised and the top scorers verified. According to a senior BSEB official, the intermediate result would most likely be released on March 18.
To speed up the evaluation of copies, the task of teachers was imposed shift wise throughout the state . All of the evaluation facilities included computers so that the marks could be recorded quickly. The preparation of the results, particularly the verification of the toppers, could take another two to four days.
The BSEB class 12 results are expactedto be made public on March 18. At 1464 testing locations, the tests were administered from February 1 to February 11, 2023. On March 16, 2022, BSEB released the inter results. In 2022, the overall pass rate was 80.15%.
