How did this whole fraud happen?

When Shailendra came home and talked to his father about this, his father told him that he had not called anyone. This made Shailendra suspicious and he immediately lodged a complaint with the police. On going to the bank and investigating, it was found that the money had been transferred to an account in the name of Zarina in Haryana. The police have started investigating the matter.
