Shajapur: Madhya Pradesh BJP national general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya arrived in Shajapur on Monday. He said that the upcoming assembly elections will be fought under the leadership of CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan and state president VD Sharma. Vijayvargiya termed the media reports as baseless and said that the BJP will form the government with two-thirds majority in the state.
Taking a dig at former Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh's statements, Kailash Vijayvargiya said that as long as Digvijay Singh is in Madhya Pradesh. By then, the BJP government will be 100 percent formed in the state. Vijayvargiya lashed out at the work done in Digvijaya Singh's government. He termed the grievances of Gopal Bhargava and Bhupendra Singh as internal democracy of the party. Kailash Vijayvargiya said that there is no situation of rebellion in the party.
BJP leader Vijayvargiya was returning to Indore from Guna. Meanwhile, BJP workers gave a grand welcome to Kailash Vijayvargiya at a private hotel on the bypass. Vijayvargiya also had lunch with the workers and left for Indore. Assembly elections are going to be held in the state later this year, for which all the parties have started their own campaigns.
