Visakhapatnam: Andhra Pradesh's Minister for Industries and Information Technology Mekapati Goutham Reddy passed away on Monday morning. He breathed his last in Hyderabad. According to the information, Gautam Reddy has died due to a heart attack. The minister was 50 years old and has a wife, a daughter and a son in his family.
Gautam Reddy was the son of former MP Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy. He came back to Hyderabad a few days ago after spending 10 days in Dubai. In Dubai, a stall was set up at the Dubai Expo to attract investments in the state on behalf of the Industries Department of Andhra Pradesh. Gautam Reddy had won the assembly elections for the first time in 2014. CM Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and others have condoled the passing away of Goutam Reddy.
