Visakhapatnam: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday (April 26, 2022) has demanded 'bulldozing justice' from the state government against miscreants who attacked the Hanuman Shobha Yatra in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh on Sunday (April 24, 2022). Hitting out at the YS Jagan Mohan Reddy-led government over the incident, BJP national secretary and Andhra Pradesh co-in-charge Sunil Deodhar said the state CM has been testing the patience of Hindus and BJP for quite some time.

Along with this, MLC Wakati Narayana Reddy also tweeted on Tuesday that in Nellore town, when the Hanuman Jayanti procession was leaving peacefully from Nellore District Court Road, the youth of the mosque made filthy gestures. He alleged that some people from the mosque premises tried to provoke those involved in the procession.

Sharing the video on social media, he highlighted the Islamic slogans raised by the miscreants and their act of disturbing the peace during the procession. He wrote on Twitter in the local language, "These were slogans from the other side when the procession was passing through peacefully. This is the situation of our Hindus in the country of Hindus. They are tortured. Now, if we consider peace and secularism, we will not be able to walk on the streets. It is time to tell the world that our country is a Hindu country.''
