Ujjain: On Friday, 19 new cases of corona virus were reported in Ujjain district of Madhya Pradesh. According to the data given in the bulletin released by the Ujjain Health Administration on Friday, the number of corona infected patients in the district has increased to 220. Of these, 62 patients have been discharged from the hospital after recovering from corona. According to Collector Ashish Singh, 11 people of Ujjain and 8 people of Badnagar have received corona virus cases.
So far 43 people have lost their lives due to corona infection in Ujjain district. Ujjain Additional Collector Sujan Singh Rawat said that after the second corona investigation report of 10 patients came negative on Thursday, they have been discharged from the hospital. Out of these 10 patients, 7 were being treated in RD Gardi Medical College and 3 patients were staying in police training center. Collector Ashish Singh informed that the number of corona sample testing has been increased in Ujjain. Intensive survey is also being done.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has said to pay special attention to the arrangements for prevention of corona infection in Ujjain. He has also ordered to impose duty of specialist doctors in Ujjain. CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan has ordered the opening of another trauma center as Corona Hospital in addition to RD Gardi Medical College in Ujjain.
