Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi on 23 De declared 40K residence purchaser in Noida and Greater Noida area will be given the ownership of their apartments by the end of December 2017.The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was in Noida to reappraisal the security and another set up for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's on Monday. Addressing a press conference, he said there is a conflict between buyers and builders, farmers and Management, Gram Panchayats and authorities which need quick resolution.
Previously Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Adityanath met members of the buyers and builders association and took note of their score. He was attended by Union Minister Mahesh Sharma and the Industrial Development Minister of Uttar Pradesh Satish Mahana.Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath told reporters that a builders' audit was being conducted and that he has directed the authorities to identify the issues faced by the builders and to look over where co-developers can help gear up projects so that buyers get possession of apartments on the given time.Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath further added, "Noida and Greater Noida are windows of Uttar Pradesh.Because of the corruption in the governments by past, growth in Noida, Greater Noida and the entire state has been affected."
A bunch of ministers have been given the duty of work to resolve the issues in Noida and Greater Noida. It has been continuously monitoring the issues and holding meetings with stakeholders and authorities, the chief minister said.Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also said his government was putting attempt to gear up development and people would soon see an optimistic change in the state.
