Will iQOO 13 Launch at the Same Price as iQOO 12? New Leak Provides Major

iQOO's Upcoming Launch: iQOO has officially announced the launch date for its latest flagship smartphone, the iQOO 13, set for October 30 in China. This model will feature the advanced Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, generating significant interest among tech enthusiasts. While the company has shared many details about the smartphone's specifications, the key question remains: will the iQOO 13 come with a higher price tag than its predecessor, the iQOO 12?

Pricing Insights According to tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the iQOO 13 is expected to be priced at 3,999 yuan in China. This is noteworthy as the iQOO 12 was also launched at the same starting price of 3,999 yuan, which translated to approximately Rs. 52,999 in India, climbing up to Rs. 57,999 for the top variant. If this leak holds true, the iQOO 13 could stand out as one of the few smartphones powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite that does not see a price increase. In contrast, competitors like Xiaomi 15 and OnePlus 13 are anticipated to raise their prices.

Specifications of iQOO 13 The iQOO 13 is set to feature a 6,150mAh battery with 120W ultra-fast charging, as confirmed by Vivo Vice President Jia Jingdong. Remarkably, despite having a larger battery than the 5,000mAh capacity of the iQOO 12, the new model is designed to remain "extremely thin and light."

In addition to the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the smartphone will incorporate a 7K ultra-large VC cooling vapor chamber to maintain optimal temperatures during high-performance tasks.

Gaming and Display Innovations iQOO has also highlighted a self-developed e-sports Q2 gaming chip, promising PC-level 2K texture super-resolution and native 144 FPS super-frame rates. One standout feature of the iQOO 13 is the introduction of OLED circular polarized light eye protection technology, claimed to be the first of its kind. This technology is designed to simulate natural light, helping to reduce eye fatigue during extended usage.

As expectation builds for the iQOO 13's launch, its pricing strategy will be closely watched. If the price remains consistent with the iQOO 12, it could enhance the device's appeal in a competitive market, particularly against other Snapdragon 8 Elite smartphones that are set to increase in price.
