Aligarh: Nurpur village is located in Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh. The village, which falls under tappal police station area, has a large muslim community population. According to a report, about 800 Muslim families live in the village. Hindus have 125 families, most of whom belong to the Jatav community (Scheduled Castes). The village is in the news after some dalit houses were written 'Makan Bikau Hai'. However, Aligarh police tweeted Khair's jurisdiction from its official Twitter handle. It said that the police have visited the village and there is no such situation now. The journalist Keshav Malan had recorded a video in the village. In the video, he had said that there are many Hindu houses in Nurpur which have 'house on sale board'. According to him, Hindus have written all this under compulsion because indecent comments are made on their sisters and daughters in muslim villages. Hindus are not allowed to leave. In fact, the whole controversy is about a barat. OmPrakash of the village has also lodged a police complaint in this regard. In it, he said that his daughter was leaving for Barat on May 26. Meanwhile, some Muslims pelted stones and ransacked Barat. He said that in the provocation of Allaraji, the village lawyer's son, Aallaraji, some people including Kalua, Sarfu, Sohail and Farooq hurled abuses and refused to expel Barat. Stone pelting broke the glass of the car and injured several people. A police complaint has also been lodged by the other side. The lawyer has accused Om Prakash, Babulal and others in the society of trying to disrupt the prayers in the mosque. He said, the Hindu community tried to disrupt the prayers by playing DJs and drums in a loud voice near the mosque and climbed the platform of the mosque and performed organic ally. He has also been accused of abusing and assaulting him.
