She said, "There have been some changes in my face over time, and because of this people think that I have got some surgery done. But all this is not true."
Effect of food was said to be the reason for the change: Nayanthara said that the reason for the change in her look is her food. She said, "My weight keeps fluctuating, which affects my face. Sometimes my face looks thin and sometimes a little full. This is just the effect of my diet." She said jokingly, "You can pinch me, burn me, but you will be convinced that there is no plastic on my face."
