Aligarh: The temple-masjid will be constructed at Chacha Nehru Madarsa in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. The announcement was made by Salma Ansari, wife of former Vice President Hamid Ansari, who is the founder of Madarsa, on Saturday. Talking to the media, Salma said that this will be the first such seminary in the country where both temples and mosques will be present in the same courtyard. He said that four thousand Muslim and more than one thousand Hindu children are studying in Madarsa. Responding to the question of fanatics' objection to the construction of the temple at Madarsa, he said, "I don't matter what anybody is saying." Temples and mosques will be built in Madarsa in two months. If something happened to a child when going out of the hostel to visit the temple, the answer will not be made. Now the only temple in Madrasa will be constructed. The temple will have statues of Shivaji and Hanumanji. In two months the temple will be built, and the mosque will also be built."
