Shivraj's cabinet may expand on June 2

Bhopal: The cabinet of Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan can now be expanded on 2 June. Earlier, it was going to be extended on 28 or 29 May, but it was postponed due to the absence of consensus on the names of the ministers with 10 corona patients coming out in the Raj Bhavan.

It is worth mentioning that on 23 March, Shivraj Singh Chauhan made a small expansion of the cabinet on 21 April after taking oath of the post of CM. In this, Dr. Narottam Mishra, Kamal Patel, Meena Singh, Tulsi Silavat and Govind Singh Rajput were appointed ministers. On June 2, 22 to 24 ministers can be appointed in the proposed expansion. Out of this, 10-11 ministerial posts can be given to Jyotiraditya Scindia, former Congress minister and former MLA in BJP.

Due to meeting of Corona patients in Raj Bhavan, there is a notice of holding an oath ceremony for expansion of cabinet in the old assembly Minto Hall. CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan is going to Delhi tomorrow on June 1 to expand the cabinet. They will give the final shape to the list of new ministers there.
