Shehnaaz Gill shares how she lets her body ‘relax’

Shehnaaz Gill is a diva who makes an effort to turn heads wherever she goes. The actress, who began her career as a model, just made her Bollywood debut in Salman Khan's film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Following her Bollywood debut, she has received much praise, and the actress is living in the glow of her success. She recently returned from a refreshing vacation in Phuket, a tropical paradise.

Shehnaaz revealed how she was exposed to fat shaming since she was overweight during her time on Bigg Boss. Since then, the actress has made significant progress in her fitness journey. She recently revealed that she began practicing yoga and frequently shares glimpses of her practice on social media. She shared images of her morning yoga practice on her official social media account today. The actress is seen in the images practicing yoga on a yoga mat in an outdoor environment. The first picture shows her posing with her hands and legs, the second with a close-up of her face, and the third with her fingers folded into a mudra and meditating. In caption she wrote, "Letting my body calm and relax."

Shehnaaz Gill made her Bollywood debut in Salman Khan's Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Farhad Samji directed the action-drama, which also stars Pooja Hegde, Raghav Juyal Venkatesh, and Jagapathi Babu in lead roles. Palak Tiwari made her Bollywood debut in the film as well. Following that, Shehnaaz Gill has reportedly been cast in director Nikkhil Advani's future film.
