Rakesh Tikait to march in Delhi today to protest against wrestlers protest

New Delhi: Wrestlers have been protesting for the past several days at Jantar Mantar in the capital of the country, Delhi. Women wrestlers have leveled allegations of sexual harassment against Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) president and BJP MP Braj Bhushan Sharan Singh. On the other hand, Braj Bhushan Sharan Singh has termed these allegations of women wrestlers as Babiniad, false and politically motivated. Now, in the midst of all this, the wrestlers who are protesting are continuously getting the support of the opposition political parties.

Meanwhile, the Khap Panchayats of Haryana have announced their support for the strike by the wrestlers. At the same time, now the farmers have also come out in support of the wrestlers. Banners of farmer's organizations and civil organizations of Punjab have been put up at Jantar Mantar. Today i.e. on Sunday (May 7), a large number of people belonging to Khap Panchayats of many states are expected to travel to Delhi. In view of which the Delhi Police has also been alerted. Heavy force has been deployed on all the borders of Delhi. Let us tell you that a few days ago, Rakesh Tikait, the leader of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU), reached among the wrestlers at Jantar Mantar and said that the farmer's organizations are together in this demonstration. 

After this, now the banners of the farmer's organization have started appearing at Jantar Mantar. It is being told that today i.e. on Sunday (May 7) the people of Khap Panchayats of Punjab, Haryana and Western Uttar Pradesh will reach Jantar Mantar. To get justice to the players, after reaching the dharna, the Khapon's Chaudhary will make further strategy. BKU spokesperson Rakesh Tikait had told that the Chaudharys of Khaps of UP, Haryana, Rajasthan and Punjab will reach on Sunday in the protest demonstration of the players at Jantar Mantar. He will also leave for Delhi from Muzaffarnagar along with the Khap Chaudharys.
